CRIME ALERT- Public Notification

Crime ALERT: Burglary – 100 block of Edgemoor Lane, City of Ithaca On November 27, 2022 at approximately 2:10 p.m., the Cornell University Police Department responded to the 100 block of Edgemoor Lane, Ithaca NY, for a report of a burglary that occurred sometime between Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at approximately 12:00 p.m. and November 27, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. The suspect or suspects entered through a ground floor window that was left unsecured. Property taken included gift cards, a sum of money, clothing items and jewelry. At this time no suspect(s) have been identified. Anyone with information related to this crime is asked to contact the Cornell University Police Department at (607) 255-1111. Cornell University Police urge the community to take steps to protect their property by locking and closing unattended doors and windows and to immediately report any suspected criminal activity they see by dialing 911 or utilizing the RAVE Guardian app.
