Inclement Weather:
The standing joke in Ithaca is that if you don't like the weather, just wait ten minutes. It'll change. Ithaca winters can be "unseasonably warm," but they can also be exceptionally snowy and icy. If you're planning to drive, give yourself time to adjust to slippery driving conditions.
Should there be a severe storm, up-to-date information on the status of classes and other activities is available at the following places:
