Menacing reported at 230 Willard Way

On Sunday, March 2, at about 3:20 a.m., the Ithaca Police Department began investigating a menacing complaint resulting from an incident at 230 N. Willard Way (Sigma Nu fraternity) near the Cornell campus. It was reported to police that a group of subjects had been removed from the fraternity building because they were uninvited guests at the house. Upon leaving the premises, police report, a confrontation ensued and one of the subjects pulled out a knife. The subjects then left the area.

The complainants at the fraternity house called the Ithaca Police Department, who is investigating the incident. Two suspects are being questioned at Ithaca Police Department headquarters. Another subject is being sought in regards to the menacing complaint.
