Continuing Paintball gun harassment on campus 09/12/14

The Cornell Community is again experiencing paintball harassment incidents on campus. The Cornell Police received multiple reports this afternoon of both people and property being targeted with a paintball gun discharged from a moving vehicle.

In these cases, victims reported seeing a dark-colored, four-door sedan with New York license plates drive by them as they were struck by a paintball.

Cornell Police again remind the community that this behavior is intolerable on campus or off, and that any sort of weapon that fires a projectile is illegal on campus under New York State Law. These investigations are continuing and we strongly encourage anyone who has been a victim of this harassment or has information about these incidents to contact the Cornell University Police at 607-255-1111.
