The Ithaca Police Department is investigating a reported forcible touching incident that occurred on Friday May 4, 2012, at approximately 2:45 a.m. in the 300 block of College Ave.
The victim reports that while asleep, an unknown male entered her apartment and grabbed her breast. The individual exited the apartment after being confronted by the victim and her roommate. The individual then fled in an unknown direction. The victim describes her perpetrator as a clean-shaven, college-age Asian male, with short dark hair, thin build. He is approximately 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, wearing a red polo-style shirt, and blue or khaki color shorts.
The police investigation is continuing. Anyone with information should contact the Ithaca Police Department at (607) 272-9973.
The Cornell University Police Department reminds the community to lock all doors and all ground floor windows, even when the home is occupied.
